I work at the intersection of image, collective memory, and cultural ritual, where theory meets instinct, and research becomes a form of listening. My practice is an ongoing exploration of how we communicate through images, how meaning is shaped beyond language, and how we can find new ways to understand the spaces between cultures.

Trained in painting, photography, and new media, I navigate between curating, writing, and visual anthropology, often guided by questions of identity and place. I push at the edges of these disciplines, searching for a transcultural language of image and expression. Fieldwork in Papua New Guinea and Kenya deepened my understanding of image-making as both a social act and a gesture of presence and resistance. Through this, I’ve explored how art shapes our understanding of identity and our connection to the natural world.

Now based in Basel, I continue to develop curatorial projects rooted in dialogue, cultural pluralism, and post-anthropocentric thought, along with new forms of neoutopian thinking.
