I’m a curator, independent photographer, and visual researcher with an interdisciplinary background in anthropological studies. My work explores the intersections of image, language, and cultural narratives. It combines art historical analysis with research-based practice, focusing on cultural diversity, identity, and the social dimensions of art. I studied at the University of Fine Arts in Szczecin (PL), where I developed an interdisciplinary practice that bridges artistic production with academic inquiry. My work integrates methods from visual anthropology, postcolonial theory, and contemporary art history, emphasizing transcultural perspectives, identity formation, and ecological imaginaries.

Through fieldwork in Papua New Guinea and Kenya, I expanded my research on the sociocultural functions of image-making. I’ve contributed to international research initiatives, including TPAAE (Transcultural Perspectives in Art and Art Education), and have developed exhibitions across various contexts, from institutional spaces to experimental platforms.

Since 2024, I’ve been based in Basel (CH), where I’m actively involved in the local art scene. As part of Artstübli Kunst & Kultur, I lead curatorial programs that engage with the political, social, and philosophical dimensions of art.

My curatorial approach is shaped by both academic inquiry and lived experience, driven by a commitment to cultural plurality and intersectional dialogue. These projects often explore the intersection of contemporary aesthetics with themes of cultural pluralism, post-anthropocentrism, and neoutopian thinking. My work is research-driven, collaborative, and grounded in an ongoing dialogue between contemporary art and broader cultural realities.
